Cancellation Policy

At St. John Eco Suites, we welcome you as our guest.  Understanding that plans change, our cancellation policy is considered “moderate” and flexible.

• Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund.
• Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
• Bookings cancelled within 14 days are nonrefundable.

Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on the appropriate day.
